This document is a legally binding contract between you (referred to as "the licensee") and Minki. It governs your rights to use Minki's assets and models from the website under this license agreement. By accessing and using the models, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

GENERAL RULES

• Prohibited Actions: Importing, uploading, reproducing, redistributing, or sublicensing Minki's products is not allowed.
• Credit: Please credit Minki. Do not claim my products as your own. ♡
• Logos and Watermarks: Do not remove logos or watermarks from the products.
• License Validity: Your license applies only to purchases from minkivr.com or gumroad.minkivr.com.
• Modification Rights: Only individuals who have purchased the product(s) can make modifications and edits.
• Accurate Information: You must input accurate information in all payment fields when purchasing a model or asset.
• Usage: All products are for VRChat use only.
• Sales Policy: All sales of digital products on minkivr.com and gumroad.minkivr.com are final. Refunds or chargebacks are not accepted once digital content is purchased or accessed.

MODELS

• Warranty Policy: All avatars come with a 6-month warranty for issues caused by Minki or VRChat updates. After this, purchases are at the buyer’s risk. Major functionality updates will continue, with "Popular Demand" avatars possibly receiving extended support. Older models will have fewer updates, as specified. Remade or delisted models will not receive further updates or fixes, and functionality is not guaranteed.
• Public Posting: Posting my models publicly on VRChat is not allowed.
• Commercial Use: Exporting or reusing assets for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Social Media: You may share my models on social media with proper credit. ♡
• Upload Requirements: You must have a computer to upload my models. For detailed instructions, visit: Upload Instructions
• Age Restrictions: Underage use of these models is not permitted.
• Couple Models: When you purchase a couple model (2-model package), you can share the corresponding counterpart with your partner. However, if you part ways, the model cannot be shared with a new partner; they must then purchase their own copy.
• Quest Versions: Quest versions have many limitations, and VRChat may remove 'Very Poor' Quest models, making them potentially unusable. I am not responsible for any changes made by VRChat.

ASSETS

• Usage Rights: Assets are permitted for use on completed models, both commercially and privately. Each asset description clearly indicates its suitability for free and Nitro models.
• Free Assets: Assets priced at $0 can be used commercially, publicly, and for free models.
• Resale Policy: You may sell finished models that incorporate Minki's assets, provided that proper credit is given.
