This document is a legally binding contract between you (referred to as "the licensee") and Minki. It governs your rights to use Minki's assets/models from the website under the terms of this license agreement. By accessing and using the models, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

MODELS

• All avatars come with a 6-month warranty from the release date, covering any issues caused by Minki or VRChat updates during that period. After the warranty ends, purchases are at the buyer’s risk. Major updates will still be provided to maintain functionality."Popular Demand" avatars may receive extended updates. Older models will receive fewer updates over time, as specified on the product page. If a model is remade or delisted, it will no longer receive updates or fixes, and its functionality cannot be guaranteed.
• Posting my models publicly on VRChat is not allowed.
• Exporting and reusing my model's assets for commercial purposes is not allowed.
• You can use my models on social media platforms, provided you give credit. ♡
• You must have access to a computer to upload my models. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this requirement. For detailed instructions, visit: Upload Instructions
• Engaging in underage use or play with these models is not allowed.
• Upon acquiring a couple model (2 model packages), you are allowed to share the corresponding counterpart with a partner. However, if you and your partner part ways, the model cannot be shared with a new partner; they must purchase their own copy.
• This only applies to couple models: If you decide to purchase a single model instead of the couple bundle, you won't be able to upgrade to both with the discount. You'll need to pay the full price for the second model.
• Quest versions have inherent limitations in features and options. VRChat may remove 'Very Poor' Quest models in the future, which could render my Quest models unusable. I cannot be held responsible for any changes made by VRChat. For more details, read here.

ASSETS

• Assets can be used on completed models commercially and privately.
• The description of each asset specifies its suitability for use on free and nitro models.
• Minki's assets with a cost of $0 (free) can be used on commercial, public, and free models.
• Resale on finished models is allowed only if proper credit is included in the description.

BOTH

• Importing, uploading, reproducing, replicating, redistributing, publishing, trading, price-splitting, or sublicensing any of Minki's products is prohibited.
• Please credit me (Minki). Do not claim Minki's products as your own. ♡
• Do not remove any logos or watermarks.
• Your license's validity and fair use apply exclusively to purchases made through minkivr.com or gumroad.minkivr.com.
• Only individuals who have purchased the product(s) are permitted to make modifications and edits.
• When purchasing a model or asset, you must input accurate information in all payment fields.
• All products are only to be used for VRChat.
• All sales of digital products on minkivr.com and minkivr.gumroad.com are final. Refunds or chargebacks are not accepted once digital content is purchased and or accessed. Please ensure accurate information is provided during checkout to maintain the validity of your license.
